Happy New Year everyone! I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who’ve been following, liking, and commenting on this blog. I’m very proud that I’ve managed to write one haiku every day for the last two years. That’s 730 freaking haikus! On that note, I’m making some changes to it this year. The main one being that I will not be writing as many haikus. I have some other creative projects I need the time to focus on and have also made the decision-now that I have so many haikus-to focus on quality over quantity. I will certainly continue to share them on haiku the hell out of life but it will be more like one or two a week. I will also share the other creative pursuits as they come about. Again, thank you for your support. This has been an incredible experience for me and it’s been a pleasure to share it with you all. I look forward to the ongoing journey so please continue read, give me your feedback, and share with others.

    • It’s been a real pleasure to read your micropoems, especially allied to an apposite image (and there were many beautiful photos). I too found it hard to keep up the pace that my wordpress Zenrinji blog promised (“a haiku a day”) and so have eased off as well. But I still post intermittently … with an apposite photo.
