beneath green canopy
the old gentleman’s lines
fall to forest floor

door remains open
stepping through is another thing
ancient metal

feet shuffle across
shackled to ancient vision
freedom breathes shallow

daylight obstruction
ancient spiritual structure
faith hides amongst shadows

modern meets ancient
parked outside simple buildings
always moving on
